It also doesn’t mention that the majority of the yellow buses will be replacing existing services which are already operated by the bus companies… on buses which seat more people then a yellow bus will.

62 new trams ? how much each ?
is that the truth or a(nother) lie ?
Plus a park and ride scheme near the Trafford Centre. Interesting choice of location PLUS inside the M60 ?

seems a pretty good summary; but are there really 62 extra trams from the TIF alone; or does that add together 3a and 3b?

Personally I would have prefered more emphasis on the £3bn in the question, however, I understand that may have made the question impartial, as it stands I think it is fair enough, and cannot see why anyone would complain.
